Call Centre Director Interview Questions


A call centre director interview questions are the questions asked to an individual sitting for the interview for the position of a call centre operations director. The call centre director is an individual who runs the call centre and is in charge of the administration and overall operation of the call centre. The questions to be asked in the interview should evaluate the leadership skills of the individual and his knowledge of running a call centre.
