Call Centre Customer Service representative Interview Questions


A Call Centre Customer Service representative is an employee who works for a call centre or a BPO and is supposed to take customer calls and respond to them in a way that solves their problems related with the product produced by the organisations. Call Centre Customer Service representative Interview Questions are the questions which are asked from a person sitting for an interview for the position of a call centre customer service representative.
